How long will it take my order to ship?

- Each item is handmade to order. Shipping times will vary according to item.  There may be an increased shipping time for detailed custom orders.

Once my order is shipped, how long will it take to arrive?

- Once your order has been completed and shipped it will usually arrive between 5-7 days depending on carrier delays.

How will my order be shipped?

-All orders are shipped via USPS and will arrive in a mailer envelope or box, depending on the item ordered.

There is a problem with my order. What do I do?

In short, all items are final purchase. As all items are handmade, it is possible for colors, shapes, designs, etc. to vary slightly. All items are photographed to showcase the item as truly as possible.

Should an item arrive broken or torn to an extent it cannot be used, with photo evidence, a store credit in the form a coupon for the full price of the item or a replacement will be issued within 7 days of delivery. Delivery will be determined through the package tracking information. Please contact CraftyAF Handmade immediately if a package arrives not as expected. All returns are subject to the decision of CraftyAF Handmade. 

Since payment is due at the time of purchase, an item can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund as long as it has not been started yet. Once an order has been started, or an item has been ordered specifically for your purchase, cancellations are no longer accepted and you will forfeit 100% of the purchase total.   If an item is canceled after the 24 hour period and your item has not been made yet, you will forefit 50% of your purchase total. 

Currently, all orders are shipped through the USPS. Once an order is shipped, you will receive confirmation via email that your handmade items are on their way!

CraftyAF Handmade is not responsible for any customs charges or extra postage charges. CraftyAF Handmade is also not responsible for stolen packages. If the package tracking reads "delivered" and it is not in your hands, please contact USPS. 

To redeem a gift card, enter the card number at checkout. Purchases will be deducted from the Card amount until the balance reaches zero. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or for the purchase other gift cards and cannot be refunded. Any unused value will remain on the card. CraftyAF Handmade is not responsible for lost,stolen or damaged gift cards. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
